Awareness sessions were conducted in Indira Nagar village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District on the upcoming Legislative Assembly elections, Election Commission guidelines, and the do’s and don’ts during the election process. Participants were also guided on making independent and informed decisions through self-thinking to choose a good leader. The importance of responsible voting and democratic values was emphasized throughout the training. These discussions helped strengthen civic awareness among community members. The session aimed to promote fair, transparent, and informed participation in the electoral process. In Indira Nagar village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, Community Trainer Mrs. M. Maheswari facilitated discussions on Primary Health Centre (PHC) survey applications and the preparation of petitions based on village-level needs. Participants were guided to compile local issues and submit them to contesting candidates during elections. The session encouraged community leaders to actively represent their village demands and priorities. A total of 19 CLs and CCFF members participated in the training.
