Today, an ESP monthly training was conducted for CLs and CCFF members in Vadavalli village, Sathyamangalam Taluk. During the training, detailed information was provided on the Right to Education Act, 2009. Participants were guided on how to apply under the Act, the required documents, and the process to obtain those documents if they are not available. This was followed by an awareness session on the upcoming Legislative Assembly elections. The rules and guidelines of the Election Commission were explained, along with the do’s and don’ts during the election period. Participants were also guided on how to independently assess and choose a good leader and cast their vote responsibly. Additionally, discussions were held on PHC (Primary Health Centre) survey applications. Community leaders were encouraged to compile the basic needs of the village into a petition and submit it to contesting candidates during their campaigns. A total of 20 CL and CCFF members participated in this training. இன்று சத்தியமங்கலம் தாலுக்கா வடவள்ளி கிராமத்தில் CLs மற்றும் CCFFs உறுப்பினர்களுக்கான ESP மாதாந்திர பயிற்சி நடைபெற்றது. இப்பயிற்சியில் கட்டாய கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டம் 2009 குறித்து தெளிவுகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. மேலும், எவ்வாறு விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும், அதற்கான தேவையான ஆவணங்கள் என்ன என்பதையும் விளக்கப்பட்டது. தேவையான ஆவணங்கள் இல்லாதவர்கள் அவற்றை எவ்வாறு பெற வேண்டும் என்பதற்கான வழிகாட்டுதலும் வழங்கப்பட்டது. இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, வரவிருக்கும் சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலை முன்னிட்டு விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டது. தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தின் விதிமுறைகள், தேர்தல் காலத்தில் செய்ய வேண்டியவை மற்றும் தவிர்க்க வேண்டியவை பற்றி விளக்கப்பட்டது. மேலும், நல்ல தலைவரை சுயமாக சிந்தித்து தேர்வு செய்து வாக்களிப்பது எப்படி என்பதற்கான வழிகாட்டுதலும் வழங்கப்பட்டது. மேலும், PHCs ஆய்வு தொடர்பான விண்ணப்பங்கள் குறித்து விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது. கிராமத்தின் அடிப்படை தேவைகளை தொகுத்து கோரிக்கை மனு தயாரித்து, வாக்கு கேட்டு வரும் வேட்பாளர்களிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்க சமூக தலைவர்களிடம் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது. இப்பயிற்சியில் மொத்தம் 20 CL மற்றும் CCFF உறுப்பினர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
