As part of the third phase of the program, the ESP monthly meeting for Community Leaders (CLs) and Community Child and Family Facilitators (CCFFs) was conducted in Kasikadu village, Sathyamangalam Taluk. A total of 10 community leaders participated in the meeting, including 2 men and 8 women. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various government welfare schemes for marginalized communities, including livelihood subsidy assistance and other government support programs. The session aimed to improve participants’ understanding of how these schemes can support community development and household economic stability. Special emphasis was placed on the formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) as an important strategy to promote women’s empowerment and financial inclusion. Participants were informed about opportunities to access financial assistance and credit facilities through cooperative banks and government-supported programs. In addition, awareness was created about government subsidy schemes designed to strengthen micro-economic development and sustainable livelihoods among vulnerable communities. The meeting helped to enhance awareness and understanding among the people of Kasikadu village about available government welfare schemes and development opportunities. The program concluded successfully with a vote of thanks from the participants. மூன்றாவது கட்ட நடவடிக்கையாக, சமூகத் தலைவர்கள் (CLs) மற்றும் சமூக குழந்தை மற்றும் குடும்ப ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்கள் (CCFFs) க்கான ESP மாதாந்திர கூட்டம் சத்தியமங்கலம் தாலுக்காவில் உள்ள காசிக்காடு கிராமத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. இக்கூட்டத்தில் 2 ஆண்கள் மற்றும் 8 பெண்கள் உட்பட மொத்தம் 10 சமூகத் தலைவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். கூட்டத்தின் போது, சமூக நலத்திட்டங்கள், வாழ்வாதார மானிய உதவிகள் மற்றும் அரசின் பல்வேறு நலத்திட்டங்கள் குறித்து விரிவான விவாதங்கள் நடைபெற்றன. இத்திட்டங்கள் சமூக முன்னேற்றத்திற்கும் குடும்பங்களின் பொருளாதார நிலைத்தன்மைக்கும் எவ்வாறு உதவுகின்றன என்பதையும் விளக்கப்பட்டது. மேலும், பெண்கள் அதிகாரமடைதல் மற்றும் பொருளாதார முன்னேற்றம் பெறுவதற்காக சுய உதவி குழுக்கள் (SHGs) அமைப்பதன் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்து வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது. கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகள் மற்றும் அரசின் ஆதரவு திட்டங்கள் மூலம் நிதி உதவிகள் மற்றும் கடன் வசதிகளை பெறுவதற்கான வாய்ப்புகள் பற்றியும் விளக்கப்பட்டது. அத்துடன், சிறு அளவிலான பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் நிலையான வாழ்வாதாரத்தை மேம்படுத்தும் அரசு மானியத் திட்டங்கள் குறித்து விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இந்தக் கூட்டம் மூலம் காசிக்காடு கிராம மக்களிடம் அரசு நலத்திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் சமூக மேம்பாட்டு வாய்ப்புகள் குறித்து விழிப்புணர்வு அதிகரித்தது. இறுதியாக நன்றி உரையுடன் நிகழ்ச்சி வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவடைந்தது.
