Today, at the Erode District Collectorate, the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Form for Vidiyal Society’s 2025–2026 activities was officially signed by the Superintendent of the Social Welfare Department. This important step reflects Vidiyal Society’s continued commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace and to fully complying with the provisions of the POSH Act. Mr. Pasupathi was present during the official submission process. இன்று ஈரோடு மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தில், சமூகநலத்துறை கண்காணிப்பாளர் அலுவலரை சந்தித்து, விடியல் அமைப்பின் POSH (பணியிடங்களில் பாலியல் தொல்லை தடுப்பு) சட்டத்தின் கீழ் 2025–2026 ஆண்டிற்கான செயல்பாடுகளுக்கான Form-இல் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ கையெழுத்து பெறப்பட்டது. பணியிடங்களில் பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பு, மரியாதை மற்றும் சமத்துவத்தை உறுதி செய்யும் நோக்குடன், POSH சட்ட விதிமுறைகளை விடியல் அமைப்பு முழுமையாக பின்பற்றுவதை இந்த நடவடிக்கை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. இந்த அதிகாரப்பூர்வ செயல்முறையின் போது பசுபதி அவர்களும் உடன் கலந்து கொண்டார்.
