She warned that giving false information can result in the rejection of government benefits. All required documents must be properly verified and attached with the application. She emphasized that disability and income certificates are very important. Applicants were advised to avoid filling forms through agents or middlemen. Beneficiaries should personally read and confirm all the details before submission. She also said that correcting mistakes after the name appears in the wrong list is very difficult. Only a properly filled application ensures permanent rights and benefits. Therefore, she strongly insisted that everyone should apply for SIR with full awareness and responsibility.
