On behalf of Vidiyal Society, a health awareness program was conducted at Vellimalaikaradu village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District. The session focused on educating women and adolescent girls about proper hygiene practices during menstruation. The village community leader, Ms. Kasthuri, explained the hygienic methods to be followed during this period. Sanitary napkins were distributed to the participants by Vidiyal Society. Additionally, training was provided on how to access basic rights and government welfare schemes. Field workers Gopinath and Christopher facilitated the session and conducted the training.
