On behalf of Vidiyal Society, community leaders participated in the Grama Sabha meetings and submitted petitions to address their villages’ basic needs and issues. In Kodiveri, petitions were submitted for road facilities and streetlights. In Kongarpalayam, the community leader and CCFF members from Kampanur requested the construction of a canal retaining wall and road facilities. Vinobanagar residents urged the implementation of the “Kalaignar Kanavu Illam” housing scheme in their area. In Makkinakombai, residents from Vellimalaikaradu requested the renovation of cluster houses. In Uthandiyur, Maranoor villagers demanded bus facilities, while Poiyagoundanur villagers requested housing land pattas.
