A climate change awareness camp was organized in Sathyamangalam, Erode District, focusing on educating workers about environmental challenges. The event witnessed participation from over 50 workers from nearby areas. The program was led by Pasupathi under the guidance of Vidiyal Society. The main objective of the camp was to help workers understand the real impact of climate change and introduce practical solutions. Topics like rising temperatures, water scarcity, and deforestation were explained in a simple and engaging manner. Participants were trained in eco-friendly practices such as tree plantation, natural farming, and rainwater harvesting. Mrs. M. Maheswari, Director of Vidiyal Society, graced the event and delivered a special address. In her speech, she emphasized the need for individual responsibility in tackling climate change and called for lifestyle changes to protect the environment.
