A voluntary non-profit organization operating in the Sathyamangalam region of Erode district has been actively working in the fields of education support and livelihood promotion. Under the name CKRC, it conducts evening tuition classes for school children in various villages with the help of trained volunteers from the community. Mrs. M. Maheswari, the Director of Vidiyal Society, has been advocating for "Women Entrepreneurship" to transform rural women into entrepreneurs. She has not only envisioned this model but has successfully implemented it. In areas like Kongarpalayam and Vaniputhur, field assessments show that Vidiyal Society has supported the establishment of 10 small businesses such as petty shops, flower stalls, and street vending carts. All these efforts have been made possible solely through the support of local donors. Even a modest CSR contribution has the potential to transform an entire village. The organization is equipped with trained and experienced personnel to implement such impactful programs. Vidiyal Society is a registered entity with valid 12A and 80G certifications under the Income Tax Act, making all donations tax-exempt and fully compliant. ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் சத்தியமங்கலம் பகுதியில் இயங்கி வரும் தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனம் கல்வி ஆதரவு (Education Support), வாழ்வாதார மேம்பாடு (Livelihood Support) ஆகிய துறைகளில் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதனுடன் CKRC என்ற பெயரில், பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு மாலை நேர வகுப்புகள் அந்தந்த கிராமங்களில் உள்ள தன்னார்வலர்களை கொண்டு நடத்து வருகிறது. விடியல் சொசைட்டி இயக்குனர் Mrs. M. மகேஸ்வரி அவர்கள், கிராம மக்களிடையே “ பெண் தொழில்முனைவோர் ” கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்து, பெண்களை சுயதொழிலாளர்களாக மாற்ற முனைந்துள்ளார். இதை அவர்கள் செயல்படுத்தியும் காட்டியுள்ளார். கொங்கர்பாளையம், வாணிபுத்தூர் ஆகிய இடங்களில் விசாரணை செய்தபோது, பெட்டிக்கடை, பூகடை, தள்ளுவண்டி கடை உள்ளிட்ட 10 சிறு கடைகளுக்கு விடியல் சொசைட்டி உதவியது தெரியவந்தது. இந்த முயற்சிகள் அனைத்தும் உள்ளூர் நன்கொடையாளர்களின் உதவியால் மட்டுமே சாத்தியமானவை. சிறிய அளவில் கூட CSR நிதியுதவி கிடைத்தால், ஒரு முழு கிராமத்தை மாற்றும் வல்லமை இந்த அமைப்புக்கு உள்ளது. இது போன்ற திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்துவதற்காக பயிற்சி பெற்ற, அனுபவம் வாய்ந்த பணியாளர்கள் அமைப்பில் உள்ளனர். விடியல் சொசைட்டி அமைப்புக்கு 12A மற்றும் 80G ஆகிய வருமான வரித்துறையின் சட்டபூர்வ அங்கீகாரம் பெற்ற ஆவணங்கள் அனைத்தும் செல்லுபடியாக உள்ளன.
