Vidiyal Society is a dedicated organization working tirelessly to uplift students and women in rural areas. Operating for the past 10 years, Vidiyal has been efficiently led by its Director, M. Maheshwari. The Society runs evening classes in around 40 villages, providing a valuable learning platform for children. Over 1,000 students have received educational scholarships, and vocational training has been provided to more than 1,500 women to promote entrepreneurship. Additionally, in response to climate challenges, Vidiyal has facilitated the planting of over 2,000 trees in these communities. Vidiyal Society collaborates with Lok Manch to empower villages by securing access to essential government welfare programs. Through this partnership, the organization has facilitated infrastructure improvements such as road access and water tank installations. They also conduct training to help community members engage with government officials, submit petitions, and advocate for fundamental amenities.
