09-11-2024:- An entrepreneurship workshop was recently organized by Vidiyal Society in Vinobha Nagar, Gobi Taluk, Erode District, with the participation of more than 20 women. Pasupathi and Christopher led the session, providing guidance and facilitating discussions. The focus of the workshop was to help these women, who are part of the 100-day work scheme, find alternative income opportunities for days without work. The women responded with enthusiasm, welcoming the advice provided. Additionally, they were informed about various government welfare schemes available to them, and their questions were addressed. The workshop also covered ways to resolve some of the basic challenges faced by the participants, aiming to support their journey towards economic independence. 09-11-2024:- ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் கோபி தாலுக்கா வினோபாநகரில் விடியல் சொசைட்டி மூலமாக தொழில் முனைவோர் கருத்தரங்கம் நடைபெற்றது. இதில் 20க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பெண்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். பசுபதி மற்றும் கிறிஸ்டோபர் ஆகியோர் இணைந்து, அப்பெண்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டுதல் விவாதம் நடத்தினர். 100 நாள் வேலை திட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்றுள்ள இப்பெண்களுக்கு, வேலை இல்லாத நாட்களில் கூடுதல் வருமானம் ஈட்டுவதற்கான ஆலோசனைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. பெண்கள் இதனை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் வரவேற்றனர். மேலும், அரசின் நலத்திட்டங்கள் பற்றிய விரிவான விளக்கங்களும், அவர்களுடைய சந்தேகங்களுக்கான தீர்வுகளும் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
